Seminar/Conference Description :

Seiring dengan semakin berkembangnya peran Procurement di perusahaan/organisasi, sering ditemui istilah procurement, purchasing, sourcing dan beberapa istilah lainnya yang digunakan dapat saling tertukar. Apakah definisi istilah istilah tersebut? Apa hubungannya satu sama lain? Apa saja sub-sub proses di bawahnya? Bagaimana best practice setiap proses tersebut?

Disinilah saatnya Departemen Procurement harus mengetahui sejauh mana “maturity level” proses procurement dan purchasing di perusahaannya, apa saja perbedaan antara proses yang dilakukan sekarang dengan best practice-nya.

Namun demikian, pada kenyaatannya, banyak Departemen Procurement yang belum memahami dengan baik “maturity level” proses procurement di perusahaannya dan belum memiliki visibility yang jelas tahapan-tahapan apa saja yang harus dilalui untuk meningkatkan “maturity level” tersebut sehingga pada akhirnya procurement menempati posisi strategis yang lebih luas bagi organisasi/perusahaan yang bisa memberikan kontribusi siginifikan bagi perusahaan/organisasi.

Training ini akan mengajak peserta untuk memahami proses-proses apa saja yang ada di Procurement dan Purchasing. Peserta juga akan diajak mereview implementasi proses tersebut diperusahaan masing-masing dan membandingkan dengan best practice
